This mini newborn session was one for the books! It is so neat to be able to photograph a little one that I already photographed in his mommy’s tummy. His nickname is “wild thing”. I love it. I remember when I was pregnant with Cal I would see paraphernalia of Where the Wild Things Are and I would think of Brette and Adam. I knew they would like all of the onesies I saw but they weren’t even pregnant yet. I am so glad they have this little one now! Brette and Adam are very cool and eclectic people. Brette is a world traveler and an amazing artist and Adam is a musician. It didn’t surprise me that they wanted to use a colorful pillow for Silas to snooze on while I took some pictures. Silas slept like a champ.. until we took off his diaper to take some diaperless shots. He let us know he had done all he was going to do and we were fine with that. We got some super cute shots already and he knew we had what we needed. 😉 He is such a beautiful little boy.
