This was such a wonderful newborn session! The Cooks had an impromptu extended family party during our session and sweet Becca stayed asleep most of the time while I worked my magic. 😉 As I shoot my newborn sessions, I always look for details that make each little one unique. Toes, hair, smile, fingers. Those are the little details that every parent loves to look back on! For Becca, her hair is that! She has so much of it! I have photographed a few little ones with full heads of hair and I think it is so special because my little ones are bald babies. As a mom of 2 I know that these features change so quickly which is why I believe pictures are such sweet memories to hold on to! If I had to give a summary of my newborn style it would be simple, natural, and attention to detail. I like to keep my backgrounds as simple as possible so that baby stands out. I think neutrals are a perfect compliment to a new baby as well. Cozy, cuddly, soft, and sweet are all words I want you to think of when you are looking at my newborn images. I am so glad I got to do this newborn session with Becca. I have photographed her sweet family a few times over the course of a year and it is so neat to see them grow!
