I cannot believe my little baby boy is 1!! What in the world?! I love him so much and he has been such a joy to add to our family. He is walking around like a cowboy (really, his walk looks like he has ridden a horse for 3 hours) and eating 2 eggs and oatmeal for breakfast in the mornings. Big boy!

I decided to do Max’s cake myself and I love the way it turned out. Messy, yet styled. So fun! He is my first cake smash baby that wanted to stand for the entire session. It made it interesting! His baby mullet is also my favorite. I couldn’t wait for Cal to have a big boy haircut but I need Max to keep his baby hair forever!! Enjoy these sweet images of Max enjoying some yummy icing!!
